PAYMENT TERMS FOR PURCHASES

Accepted Payment Methods 

We accept the following payment methods for purchases:

All prices are listed in Indian Currency


Product Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties (if applicable)


Discounts/promotions/Coupon code are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.


By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including taxes/fees) to your selected payment method. 


 If your payment fails, we may cancel the order or request an alternative payment method.


After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details.  An invoice will be generated and sent electronically.


We reserve the right to verify payment details (e.g., request ID or billing confirmation) to prevent fraud.

3. Shipping Policy


Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Order Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being shipped. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.


 


Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

6.Lost or Stolen Packages


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. 


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


Returns & Refunds Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require photos or other documentation to process a replacement or refund. 


Refund Process within [30] business days to the original payment method (excludes shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error). 


Unauthorized disputes may result in order cancellation and account suspension. Contact us first to resolve issues.


Non-Refundable Items: Certain services (e.g., digital downloads, customized products, or one-time setup fees) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
